Blind Net provides a virtual training space for an Orientation and Mobility Training Specialist to work with an individual blind student over the Internet. Blind Net allows the trainer to control and animate multiple 3-D sounds to provide a variety of practical soundscapes to help the student improve their Orientation and Mobility skills.
